Sean Murray Announces Delay on No Man’s Sky

Gamers are unfortunately going to have wait that little bit longer to get their hands on eagerly-awaited interstellar adventure No Man’s Sky, they found out this week.

Hello Games’ groundbreaking title has undoubtedly become one of the most hotly anticipated games in history, and an extra 2 months of waiting will only add to the hype.

In an open letter to fans, Sean Murray apologised for disappointing fans but reassured them that the game is close and this setback was a necessary one “to allow [Murray and his fellow developers] to deliver something special.”

Given that it will be literally impossible for any one gamer to explore every single one of No Man’s Sky’s procedurally generated planets even if it were available now, a few more weeks of fidgeting can’t hurt… right?

No Man’s Sky hits PS4 in Europe and the UK on August 10th & 12th respectively.
