Sony might not be at E3 2019 but Developers will

Next week sees the start of E3, one of the biggest Gaming Expos in the world, which has been known for the most extravagant reveals of Games and Consoles since FOREVER. It’s the expo that every Gamer (especially) PlayStation based look forward too as we are teased with leaks, rumours and teasers all year round – that (most of the time) eventually get announced at E3. However, after 24 years, Sony has decided to step away from E3. But what does this mean for the Games that we were hoping to see?

Some of the Confirmed Games for PS4 showcasing at E3 without Sony:

CYBERPUNK 2077

Even though this is not a PlayStation exclusive, it doesn’t mean that we cannot wait to get our hands on the game (or in this case – attend CD Projekt Red’s booth where Cyberpunk will be demoed, as it has already been announced that no visitors will be allowed to play.) In this First – Person perspective, you will explore the future with lots of neon, cybernetics, futuristic cities which contains “dozens of hours on the main story” that are quests.

As players, you will be able to “experience all of it entirely through V’s eyes” – the game itself also includes “an interactive dialogue system” in order to give you a better “narrative agency”.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Releasing this November – Respawn Entertainment is putting its focus in the ever-expanding world of Star Wars with this third-person action – an adventure which is set after Star Wars: Episode 3 – Revenge of the Sith. We assume as EA isn’t actually present at E3 in a normal capacity as previous years that it will be playable at EA’s own event which will be adjacent to E3, known as; EA Play Event.

Doom Eternal

Bethesda is going to be bringing the big guns to E3 with this sequel – get ready to K.O some Aliens with some outstanding finishing moves and impressively ridiculous weapons that can be used to dispatch them. But what else can you expect with the sequel? MORE WEAPONS! But that’s not all you can also expect to see a shoulder – mounted cannon with a flamethrower that will allow you to make some damage!

Hold on, there’s more!

You will also have at your disposal an extendable blade and a new dash ability – so to conclude; you will be deadlier and faster than ever before.

Control

If you are in the mood for something different and quite quirky with supernatural elements, then Remedy Entertainment has come up with the perfect game for you. With Control – you will take charge of Jesse Faden who moves deeper into The Oldest House, a secretive government agency that happens to be home to all of the world’s strangest and most supernatural objects.

It may take a while for you to wrap your mind around but that’s okay as the planned release is in August.

Borderlands 3

It’s the title that we have ALL been waiting so patiently to see! Following from the latest wave of Vault Hunters: Amara the Siren, Moze the Bot Jack, Zane the Operative, and Fl4k the Beastmaster. These four are on a mission to stop the dreaded Calypso Twins Troy and Tyreen from getting their hands on the galaxy’s “ultimate power”.

You can also welcome back Borderlands 3 split screen and a new feature where players can now loot and shoot together regardless of their levels due to the introduction of co-op scaling.

Don’t forget

You can check out the WHOLE list of confirmed games that are expected to be at E3 2019 HERE and we want to know which one you are looking forward to playing the most on our Facebook and/or Twitter.
