PlayStation Line Up Tour Recap

With Tokyo’s Game Show 2018 looming, Sony presented a rather special Line Up Tour this Monday. There was lots of announcements and new exciting projects unveiled and the beauty of the show was that Sony streamed it online for those who could not be there in person.
But we know that unfortunately, not everyone could watch which is why we wanted to recap some of the best moments from the show;

Project Judge

One of the major declarations was that of the new project known as; Judge IP from the “Yakuza” studio Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios. Which is looking at a Western release on the PlayStation 4 in 2019.
This is a real-world drama set in present-day Japan with incredibly high stakes as the player character as a former lawyer turned detective. But what is most impressive is the casting by Sega who managed to bag stars; Takuya Kimura actor and former member of colossal Japanese boy band SMAP. Which is a huge deal!
If you are looking for a game that is action packed then this definitely going to be one that you need to keep your eyes peeled. Players can hop across rooftops and gain a height advantage over enemies, but that’s not all you have to look forward too! The trailer that was presented at the pre – Tokyo’s Game Show 2018 included some amazing new Boss fights:

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition

For you Final Fantasy fans, this will get you excited! We all know that the Crystal Chronicles was originally released for Nintendo GameCube back in 2004, but now it’s coming back for PlayStation in 2019! You will be tasked with battling enemies and solving puzzles so that you can gather an energy source that sustains the crystals needed to protect the world from Miasma.

Dead or Alive 6

This combat game is coming to PlayStation 4 on February 15th, 2019 where it will be launched worldwide with confirmed characters; ‘Marie Rose’ and ‘Honoka.’

PSVR

For those of you that own a PlayStation VR, you are going to be happy! A special announcement was made at the pre-show which has got everyone hyped.

Kingdom Hearts: VR Experience

A very special reveal happened on Monday; Disney and Square Enix have officially stated that they are going to release Kingdom of Hearts: VR Experience, which will allow fans to “relive some of their favourite memories from the storied franchise with this special, immersive experience.”
– Square Enix Senior PR Manager; Emily Shoji

But that’s not all that was special with the presented trailer; Sony revealed cutscenes and gameplay where our heroes; Sora, Donald, and Goofy were present as expected. However, interestingly we also see Baymax and a unique Big Hero 6 keyblade called Nano Arms.
So if that hasn’t got you excited yet, then this might: the 10-minute video experience will be available for free this holiday season, and of course give you the opportunity to slay some heartless with a keyblade.

I think we can all agree that Sony has definitely released some amazing news and announcements that has got us all on the edge of our seats waiting for 2019. If you want to tell us what you’re looking forward to playing the most then please get in touch on our Facebook and/or Twitter page.
