Q1 I can’t hear any Game Sound?

A1 Ensure you have the Red and White Phono plugs from the headset connected to an audio OUTPUT on your TV or to your PS3 systems AV Cable. Check that you have selected “4Gamers Official USB Headset” within your PS3 Systems “Audio Device Settings” menu and that “Audio Multi Out” is set to ON.

Q2 People can’t hear me talking or my voice is very quiet?

A2 Set the Microphone level on your PS3 system to a higher setting within your PS3 Systems “Audio Device Settings” menu. Move the microphone closer to your mouth, we suggest approx. 1 to 3 cm as the ideal distance.
