The headset has very good audio quality and can also be turned up to a very high volume. These new ones are lighter on my head & don't seem to squeeze my ears which the other ones did after a few hours, I can wear these quite comfortably for an entire 5-6 hours of slaughtering zombies on Black Ops 2. On the audio side, the sound is just as good as my previous pair & in fact might be a little louder. So, to sum up excellent value for money, great headphones for someone on a budget. 26 Jan 2013

Q1 No one can hear me speaking

A1 Ensure you have the Mic Mute switch set to its OFF position. Move the Microphone closer to your mouth. Try setting the Microphone level on your system to a higher level. Ensure you have selected "4Gamers™ Official USB Headset" in the PS3™ system's Audio Device Settings

Q2 I can’t hear any game or chat sound through the headset

A2 Ensure that you have turned the dual in-line volume controls up. Check the audio settings on your PS3™ system
